Where we prepare for the worst, and hope for the best
1 can pineapple chunks, drained 1 can mandarin oranges 1/2 cup cooked peas 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice 1/2 tsp salt Directions
In a medium size bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, peas and water chestnuts. Sprinkle with the lime juice and salt. Gently stir to mix. Refrigerate and serve when chilled.
