Dehydrated Hash Brown Potatoes
1 carton dehydrated hash brown potatoes water vegetable oil or butter/margarine
First you soak them in water for 12 minutes to rehydrate them. Then you fry them in 3 Tbs of vegetable oil until crisp. These would be easy to make in a skillet during an emergency situation. Potatoes are always filling. They are a good item to add to your emergency food storage.
