Here is a quick, nutritious soup for the vegetarian.
Ingredients1 can vegetable broth 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can navy beans, drained 2-3 cups cups canned vegetables 2 bay leaves salt and pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients in a pot for your heating surface. Cook over low heat until flavors mix and soup is hot. Remove bay leaves before serving.
