Dehydrated Scalloped Potatoes

 

Note:  This recipe contains dehydrated foods. All of the dehydrated food in this recipe must be rehydrated, according to package directions, before being used.

 

Ingredients

3 cups dehydrated diced potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup dehydrated margarine powder
1/3 cup dehydrated milk

Mix all of the above ingredients and place in a casserole dish.

 

Topping

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 Tbsp dehydrated margarine powder
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup French Fried Onions
 
Mix all the ingredients and sprinkle on top of potatoes.  Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
