Nothing is as easy as putting some boiled water in a dehydrated package of chicken and rice, but for an extended period of time, you will want other foods. 

 

When you store food you need to rotate and eat it.  Some of these recipes are listed to help you eat and rotate your food storage.

 

A Mini Prepper should have most of the basics for most of these recipes in their food storage.

 

Some recipes are very simple. Suggestion are given to add other ingredients you may have to these recipes for changes in flavor, and to add more nutrition.

 

Cooking instruction are for the easiest way of cooking, which will usually be a pan on top of a wood stove or other heat source.
